Adam Bazelgette, two-time PGA teacher of the year, shows you the key elements of the golf grip. Once you know the basics Adam shows you how they fit together and at least the major element that connects all top golfers.
The main instruction in this video is from 0:47 to 3:11. The entire lesson is focused on the left-hand only (for right-handers) and Adam tells us that it is this hand that is critical. With the help of some close-up views, we are shown how the club should lie diagonally along the base of the fingers. We are further advised that if we place the club in the left-hand in the most natural way, based on the typical anatomy of the hand, then we most likely will be very close to having the correct grip.
