Mentally Preparing For Your Round

Four different routines that can help prepare you for the 18 holes that lie in front of you. 1) Your game plan - these should be process goals like hitting fairways and/ or greens and include what clubs you are planning to hit at various holes. 2) Make no assumptions about how you will hit the ball based on your warm-up on the range. It is just a warm-up and that's all. 3) Focus on your game and no one else's. 4) Discard expectations around your score
