Make a consistent perfect backswing

Mark Wood, PGA Master Professional shows you how to properly sequence your backswing for more consistent golf shots. Mark shows us the main issues that cause difficulty in the backswing and how to overcome these. Mark stresses the benefits of a smooth backswing where the arms and chest rotate together and, as a consequence, they arrive together at the top of the backswing. One key to this is gripping the club with the correct pressure (at 5 in a scale of 1 to 10) as gripping too tightly encourages a snatch-like first movement with the hands moving ahead of the body.
